    Q: HOW MUCH IS ADMISSION?

    A: Admission to Market Street Allen USA Celebration is FREE!

     

    Q: HOW MUCH ARE KID ZONE TICKETS AND ALL-INCLUSIVE WRISTBANDS?

    A: Tickets are two for $1.00 and can only be purchased on the day of the event. Wristbands are $25.00 the day of the event, but can be purchased for $20.00 in advance at the Joe Farmer Recreation Center and the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium. Pre-sale of 2017 Market Street Allen USA Celebration wristbands will begin on Thursday, June 1 and run through the day of the event at noon.

     

    Q: HOW MUCH ARE GLOW PRODUCTS AND WHEN WILL THEY BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

    A:  Glow products are $5.00 and they will be available for purchase beginning at approximately 7 p.m. until the end of the event. They will be sold all over the event site, but mainly on the great lawn where everyone will be seated for the concert and Fireworks Finale display. Proceeds will benefit a designated non-profit group.

     

    Q: HOW MUCH DO INFLATABLES AND CRAFTS COST?

    A: Costs will vary from four to six tickets (or $2.00 - $3.00) or you can purchase a wristband for $25.00 which includes access to all the activities in the Kid Zone.

     

    Q: HOW MUCH ARE FOOD AND DRINKS?

    A:  Food prices will vary from concessionaire to concessionaire. Drink costs will vary between $2.00 - $3.00

    Q: CAN I BRING MY DOG?

    A: Due to expected high temperatures, crowds and noise of the Fireworks Finale display, we encourage pet owners to leave their furry friends at home.

     

    Q: CAN I BRING LAWN CHAIRS AND A COOLER WITH FOOD AND DRINKS?

    A: Lawn chairs and coolers are permitted and are subject to being searched. NO alcohol will be allowed on-site.

     

    Q: CAN I BRING A SHADE STRUCTURE?

    A: Shade structures are permitted however; please note that all shade structures must come down at 7:45 p.m. to ensure adequate visibility for everyone in attendance.

  • +    WHAT TIME WILL

    Q: WHAT TIME WILL THE TICKET BOOTHS CLOSE?

    A: Ticket booths will close promptly at 8:30 p.m. Please note there are NO REFUNDS on ticket or wristband purchases.

     

    Q: WHAT TIME IS THE FIREWORKS FINALE?

    A: The Fireworks Finale will begin approximately at 10 p.m. The display show will be about 25 minutes in length.

     

    Q: WHAT TIME WILL THE CONCESSIONAIRES CLOSE?

    A: Concessions will be available until 10 p.m. Some concessionaires may continue selling through the Fireworks Finale.

     

    Q: WHAT TIME WILL THE KID ZONE SHUT DOWN?

    A: Attendees will be able to enter the lines to the inflatables until 9 p.m. Everyone in line by 9 p.m. time will get to complete the activity. Please note, if needed, lines may close earlier to be able to accommodate everyone in lines.

     

    Q: WHAT TIME WILL THE SHUTTLE BUS RUN TO AND FROM ALLEN HIGH SCHOOL?

    A: Attendees will be able to enter the lines to the inflatables until 9 p.m. Everyone in line by 9 p.m. time will get to complete the activity. Please note, if needed, lines may close earlier to be able to accommodate everyone in lines.

  • +    WHAT HAPPENS IF

    Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS ON THE DAY OF MARKET STREET ALLEN USA CELEBRATION?

    A: Market Street Allen USA Celebration is a "rain or shine" event but if inclement weather necessitates, all band performances will be moved indoors to Allen Event Center. Check local weather forecasts before heading to the event. In case of inclement weather, please check allenusa.org or cityofallen.org for any updates to scheduled activities.

-GETTING TO MARKET STREET ALLEN USA CELEBRATION-

Don't get stuck in traffic! Take a shuttle bus from Allen High School. Buses will have priority to and from Market Street Allen USA Celebration. They are convenient and just like the event itself, FREE!

HOW YOU CAN HELP

 

If only 10% of the waste generated at Allen USA Celebration is discarded as trash with the remaining 90% recycled, composted or consumed, we strive to keep our event one of the largest Zero Waste events in the country!

SPREAD THE WORD

 

Snap a "selfie" with the Keep Allen Beautiful Don't Mess With Texas trash can on-site. Then post your picture on Facebook or Twitter using the hashtags #dmwt, #keeptexasbeautiful and #K_A_B.

-COMPOST-

The serveware used by many of the event food vendors is compostable (look for signage). Compostable means the item is made of materials that break down easily. Market Street Allen USA Celebration collects vendor supplied paper plates, drinks in clear cups, and the spoons, forks and knives for composting.

-RECYCLE-

Bottles and cans are the most recyclable materials! Whether the bottle is empty or half full, it goes in the blue recycling containers. Paper and cardboard are also recyclable at Market Street Allen USA Celebration.

-TRASH & LITTER-

Please do the right thing and put trash and litter in its place - the trash can. Market Street Allen USA Celebration wants to be trash and litter free and only you can help us make it happen!
